When you book a place on one of our endodontic training courses, we make significant preparations to ensure every delegate receives an exceptional learning experience. This includes securing presenters, reserving venues, arranging equipment and materials, and providing refreshments. To help us manage these commitments and offer places to other delegates where possible, we ask that you familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy.

 

Booking your place
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel
You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to the following terms:

• More than 6 weeks before the course date: No further payment will be required, although the deposit remains non-refundable.

• Within 6 weeks of the course date: The full course fee becomes payable.

• After the final payment becomes due: The course fee remains payable; however, where possible, you may transfer your place to an alternative course date.
